The very first step I take is what I call my "signature client and home consultation." During the visit I cover:

  • The condition of your home and the features you know and love the most. The home walk through process is thorough and helpful.
  • Your sense of urgency - is this a desire or a need? Through conversation, we'll discuss what timelines we are working with and what goals you are trying to achieve.
  • What you are looking for in a real estate professional. I'll share with you my client care philosophy, my experience and reputation in the market and what working together will look and feel like!

DETERMINE A PRICE

I do my due diligence by thoroughly researching the market as well as the asking price for homes that are comparable to yours before our visit so that I can maximize our time together discussing market conditions, pricing strategy, and motivation makers. I'll analyze the findings and present you with a customized strategy so that you can choose a starting price that you are comfortable with and excited about.

PREPARE YOUR HOME

I know what sells and I love helping my sellers get prepared to list their homes on the market. I know that the time and energy I put into preparing and marketing homes helps them sell faster and at a higher price point. My consultation services include professional photography, social media content shoots and videography to ensure that I have the materials I need to market your home to the masses. My imagery will stand out from the competition on the local MLS plus thousands of third party websites including Realtor.com, Zillow.com and more.
