The attached models come in clusters of three or more and offer between 1,300 and 1,550 square feet of living space. The largest townhome model includes a den. All of the homes at Lago Vista in Lockport have a minimum of two bedrooms, two baths, and two-car garages.

The monthly homeowner's association dues are slightly higher for the attached homes because they include a roof fund, lawn watering and driveway seal coating.
